Well, after reading the blogs created by my brother Kevin, he mentioned that his sisters should have a blog site as well. And he made this suggestion quite some time ago. I'm not exactly sure what made me think of it this morning, but I have my own now. This being the day of my 39th birthday! Could it be an I'm-almost-40-so-I-need-to-do-something-different occasion? Who knows!
So here it is.....and I dedicate this first blog to my brother Kevin in Dickinson, ND. Cheers! I appreciate any advice you can give me on this venture!
I happen to have this chilly day off from my full time job. However, I will be going to visit my orthodontist this morning. What better way to start off ones own special day. Then I must run some errands. And then tonight I will be attending a jewelry party hosted by one of my friends, DeeAnn. Maybe I'll experiment with this whole project and add photos and such. Stay tuned.

Happy birthday, Sandy, and congratulations on the new blog. I'm impressed! Now, welcome to the constant pressure of deciding what from your life is blog-worthy, just what to tell and what NOT to share, how often to post, etc.
Here's your first advice: the next post you make to your blog should detail all the wonderful things you did for your 39th birthday and, yes, it should feature photos (again, how much to share with the world and how much to censor? be careful . . .).
And did I mention, "Happy birthday!"?
